Yaneli was raised in Dallas within a multicultural community, Growing up in Texas, she developed a profound appreciation for the rich cultural tapestry and diversity of the state. During her college years, she recognized the need for bilingual representation in the real estate industry, which motivated her to provide education in Spanish for her clients to serve the Hispanic community more effectively.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Brokerage Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in our real estate office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting walk-in clients, managing real estate transactions for compliance, and staying updated on Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) regulations. Additionally, this position will provide direct support to the Office Manager and assist with administrative duties, including agent communication and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk & Client Relations:
    • Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors professionally.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
    • Provide excellent customer service to agents, clients, and vendors.
  • Transaction & Compliance Management:
    • Oversee real estate transactions to ensure all required documents are submitted.
    • Maintain compliance with TREC regulations and keep records updated.
    • Assist agents in uploading documents and ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Stay informed about new TREC policies and relay updates to management and agents.
  • Administrative & Office Support:
    • Assist the Office Manager with daily administrative tasks.
    • Draft and send emails to agents regarding upcoming events, meetings, and policy changes.
    • Maintain office supplies, organize files, and ensure a tidy workspace.
    • Coordinate office schedules, events, and training sessions.
    • Facilitate clear and effective communication between management, staff, and clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Real Estate License Required. 
  • Previous experience in a real estate office or administrative role preferred.
  • Familiarity with TREC compliance and real estate transaction management.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and real estate transaction software.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
